We want to make it simple for you to learn about the power of Syncrofy’s features and all the ways it can help you get the most out of your supply chain data. That’s why in our “Syncrofy 101” series we highlight a specific task and illustrate how easy it is to carry out. In this entry, we’ll look back on those posts (in case you missed them) and catch you up on all the intuitive features in our flagship software.

Dashboards

Once you find the data you’re looking for in Syncrofy you’re going to want to extract some insight from it. You’ll need a way to visualize it so you can gauge the overall health of your business, because—let’s face it—data is useless if you can’t get anything out of it. With Dashboards, you can build dynamic visuals with your data based on the business goal you’re trying to accomplish. It’s a convenient way to obtain a real-time, big picture overview of your entire business. Revisit our 101 post on Dashboards to get the complete rundown!

Finding Your Data

You already know that Syncrofy provides you with real-time analytics on your supply chain data, allowing you to take action faster and catch discrepancies before they become larger issues. But do you know about all the ways Syncrofy enables you to find that important information at a moment’s notice? Check out our blog post to take a closer look at all the ways you can uncover that critical business data you’re looking for.

Inviting a Partner

Syncrofy isn’t only for your internal teams. That’s right, your trading partners can also use Syncrofy and experience many of the software’s collaborative features! By inviting them, you will be able to securely share information, compare data, and solve those problems with your partner organization before they become larger issues. Read ‘Inviting a Partner 101’ to learn how easy it is to get your partner set up in Syncrofy.

Setting up a Notification

With Syncrofy, you can customize your dashboard and reports to see only the information that directly affects what you do on a daily basis. So what if I told you that you can do the same with notifications? Notifications allow you to receive alerts on the business processes that are most important to you. For example, you can set up a notification to be alerted if a purchase order from a specific company is processed or choose to be alerted if a dashboard has been shared with you. Take a look back at our post on all things notifications to learn more.

Setting up a Report

If you want to extract your supply chain data from Syncrofy and use it to make proactive adjustments to your B2B processes, you’ll want to take advantage of the Reports feature. Reports enable you to take your data from Syncrofy, download it, and present it in a specific way to answer a business question. By doing so, you’ll obtain a “snapshot in time” of your data, a downloadable artifact that does not change. Revisit ‘Reports 101’ to find out how.
