The Syncrofy Challenge

People often ask me what we look for in candidates at CoEnterprise. How do we know that Justin will be a better employee than Katie when they have the same technical background? What distinguishes an “A+” candidate from a “B” candidate? With NYC’s Silicon Alley attracting top technical talent,  there is an abundance of candidates who can do the job (on paper). To narrow the field, there are five key traits we look for in the consultants, technical support personnel, and developers that make up our business. Employee Appreciation Day!

We celebrated the day in style at our New York City office. Festivities started around noon with freshly delivered pizza as employees were able to select their favorite toppings earlier in the week. Even remote employees got in on the action as they had the option of having a pie delivered right to their home.
