Annual "Day in the Park" Hits it Out of the Park

By: Pasquale Gatti | August 1, 2018 | Comments

One of the reasons COE is such a great place to work is the culture. We work hard but also know how to incorporate fun activities and events into our day.  It’s this culture that landed us on Crain’s list of the Best Places to Work in New York City. In fact, we just completed our 5th straight summer park outing, and this one was a doozy.

At CoEnterprise, our development team never stops innovating. Since the day we released of our flagship software Syncrofy, they have been constantly tweaking and improving the solution based on customer feedback. Now, we’re looking to harness that power to provide you with more value right out of the gate.

It’s safe to say that everyone at CoE loves a good challenge. That’s why our company picnic is more than just a picnic. It’s a chance to come together under the warm summer skies to embrace our differences, celebrate our shared interests, and of course—dominate!

From left to right, CoEnterprise's Joe Mandato, Matthew Davis, and Philip Fong.

People often ask me what we look for in candidates at CoEnterprise. How do we know that Justin will be a better employee than Katie when they have the same technical background? What distinguishes an “A+” candidate from a “B” candidate? With NYC’s Silicon Alley attracting top technical talent,  there is an abundance of candidates who can do the job (on paper). To narrow the field, there are five key traits we look for in the consultants, technical support personnel, and developers that make up our business. It’s these values that separate us from other boutique software services and development companies.
